Imagine it:
A new local online marketplace--a public-private partnership that springs from the Covid-19 pandemic-- tranforms the county economy, lifitng up independent businesses and dramatically shifting the shopping habits of residents away from Amazon and funneling dollars to local craftspeople, farmers, shop owners and workers. This helps propel our local economy but also to reduce the transportation emissions embedded in the things that we own and use.
