I think educating people on the changes they can make in their daily life could be very impactful whether it by hanging clothes up to dry or changing out old lightbulbs to the newer LED ones. I think more people than we think in Sonoma County would we open to changing their routine to one that is more environmentally friendly if they have more instruction and education and how to do so.

Agree with previous comment. Education is needed about how much energy is needed for electric dryers. Sometimes clothes left outside will dry in a couple of hours, yet people use their electric dryers, perhaps because that is all they know? Certainly apartment complexes etc. could encourage rather than discourage outdoor line-drying.

As i put in another comment: We can dry our clothes without energy year round. Clotheslines, indoor drying racks are easily set up and used.
